Totally awesome

I just finished up a really remarkable web video conference where I could see and hear our musician/actor/geniuses at work in San Jose, while I was able to sit on my bed in Atlanta and answer questions.

We pulled this off with TokBox and a landline connection for sound.

Tonight we rehearsed “Blow, Blow Thy Winter Wind” which is now in Am, as well as “Greenwood Tree” which is now in C for the totality of it’s scene.

I must always always remember to put measure number and rehearsal markings in my scores and that’s something that I forget to do quite a bit, so any new charts from now on will be full of them.

There’s the possibility that we might put a Hammond B2 in the show for Adam to play, and I so dearly wish Rick could cast himself as the bongo player, as he is a rhythm machine!

I remember that from jamming with him on the Scapin set. The dude can play! He also directs…

Anyhow, I feel really really good about tonight’s rehearsal and I’m truly amazed that technology took me there.
