Director’s notes
Just got off the phone with Rick. He had a couple of notes for me.
1. Hey Nonino can have Accordian, hand drums, guitar and two mens voices. THEN, we can add a womans voice as well at the end. Rick will play with the scene and I will try and keep up from Atlanta.
2. In the Forester’s Song the line: “thy father’s father wore it, and thy father bore it,” needs to be more musically sarcastic as he’s making fun of a man being shamed and cuckolded.
3. I need to put some optional vocal lines in “Under The Greenwood Tree” for our soporano so she can blow the roof off the joint.
I’ve re-written “Blow Thy Winter Wind” and made it a bit jazzy. I’ll post it on the site shortly.
